The staff are attentive, courteous and are willing to listen to and act upon the needs of our brother. They are also very supportive of us as a family.
Suggested improvements
What matters to us: Professional empathetic care with the patients, care and comfort needs being a priority.
Improvements: A safe, quiet place for friends and family (not reception). Can hear reception talking about patients or things that should be more private.
